Brief

Lead Notion’s help center through creating content strategy and new work processes. Support Notion’s go-to-market for various product launches including the brand new AI function.

Solution ✨

Notion is a really complicated product that I’ve personally used for years, so I was really excited at the chance to help teach people about it through help center content. In any user education, but especially in support documentation, brevity is key.

The main goal of both my short copy (titles, headings) and body copy was to help users get to the relevant information as quickly as possible. I also designed and implemented some information architecture changes — editing section titles and reorganizing articles to align more with user expectation.
